acred groves are places where the evergreen forests are maintained along with its flora and fauna. These sacred groves are home to medicinal plants, trees and various birds and animals. The devotees worship nature and Her primordial form.

Thousands of sacred groves are facing existential threat today. The destruction of a grove means the destruction of all the diverse animals and birds that dwell in it. Also the rich culture and rituals associated with sacred groves is being lost.

We are undertaking the project to locate, document and conserve 300 sacred groves that need urgent protection. We also intend to ensure community participation in the protection of our sacred groves and its various rituals.

This will lead to revival and strengthening of Dharma
